Wazobia SET carries out regular safety audits and our Health & Safety Engineers apply a zero tolerance to noncompliance with safety standards.
Health
It is the policy of Wazobia SET to ensure a healthy workforce by providing a workplace, which protects the health of its employees, client, and surrounding community.
The aim of this policy is to provide awareness through preventive programs education, encouraging voluntary participation and personal responsibility. This is considered important to guarantee the corporate investment and quality services to our clients.
Safety
Wazobia SET believes that a safer job is more efficient and less costly. It is the policy of the company to ensure that jobs are carried out in a safe way. This is done by promoting safety awareness, providing safe environment and preventing all accidents that might arise through the company’s activities. Staff are given Safety training programs, safety awareness courses and drills, and are expected to constantly be on alert when working within our premises and sites.
